There is 1 crankshaft in the bottom of the engine, there are 4 camshafts located at the top of the engine, 2 for each bank. Your bank 2 cam position sensor is drivers side, top of the engine on the valve cover. IMHO, the sensor itself is less likely to be bad than a wiring issue.
P0345 There is no VVT sensor signal despite the crankshaft position sensor input being normal at an engine speed of 600 rpm or more (1 trip detection logic).
Open or short in VVT sensor circuit for intake camshaft
