It's hard to say, but probably will if you have no lean now. There are a lot of variations in springs and shocks over the years that are small differences.
FWIW - the TRD OR shocks are the same as the SR5. This isn't true for all model years, but generally is true for all of the newer ones. The only difference between the two coilovers is the springs. So I don't think you're going to find much benefit unless your current shocks are damaged or worn out. Otherwise you're just swapping the same thing back in.
