Mike is great to work with at Dobinsons. He has tons of options. Installer immediately felt difference between the stock to the Dobinsons. Handles better and no more dipping when braking.

Update on this thread:

Mike was very helpful from the Dobinson thread (thanks to those that suggested him). I went with a Dobinson 3 inch lift with UCA’s . Unfortunately some parts are on back other and will not have them until mid-late June ...

I plan on doing 285’s on my stock TE wheels. I would not want to do a BMC if it’s need so in that case, I would swap wheels as well but we will see when the time comes. Anyone running 285s on this set up ? I know some people don’t get rub with stock UCAs but I’m curious if I will on my dobinson’s.

To be continued .....

I wanted 285's too, but I went the cheaper route. Got a readylift 3in lift and put on 285 ko2's. Fit awesome and just had to do some minor trimming. I got that kit because I dont go offroad much anymore, and mainly just drive up canyons to go snowboarding. My 4runner still feels super close to stock.

Nice. Mine will be a daily as well with little to no off-road. Unfortunately not much to do down here in South Florida other than go mudding and I'm not a fan of that.
