Chirp when locking

About a month or two ago, my SR5 quit chirping when I pressed the lock button on the key fob. I noticed yesterday that, apparently, it has also been locking all doors except for the driver's door. Good thing I live in a low crime area, I guess!

Any ideas? Bad fuse? Bad motor?

Thanks!

Your door lock actuator is dying.

The chirp is because the alarm is detecting an open door.
