Mostly pavement driving with occasional off-road. The only reason that I'm really considering the 6112s is that I've read the 5100s are stiffer than the 6112s and I don't think my wife would like such a stiff ride. Hah.

Yeah, the 5100 can be a little stiff, but if you looking for something that your wife would enjoy, the 6112 are great and like what some people are saying the Eibach kit. I have a friend with the Eibach kit on his Lexus and it's a little more comfortable than the 5100s that I had.
Best 2 options I would recommend is either the Eibach kit or the 6112 with some longer springs (Like what

said) and in the rear you can do 5100 or 5160.
