Mildly Annoying Vibration

Hey, all. I have a 2019 TRDOR with about 41k miles on it. I'm hearing a smallish vibration that's coming from the vicinity of the driver-side mirror, A/C vent, somewhere in that area. It's intermittent - I only hear it while driving, but not all the time. It doesn't seem to be speed-related. Opening the window creates enough wind noise that I can barely hear it. Actuating the mirror doesn't change the sound, nor does turning the fan on or off. Pushing on panels and other items in the area has no effect.

I thought about dry leaves in that area, and when I opened the hood, there were some tucked way back. Removing those didn't help.

Last year, I noticed a small rubber grommet-type part on the driver-side floor mat, but was unable to locate where it fell from. Maybe it's related?

Anyone else experience something like this?
