Shrockworks front bumper owners, does your front end rattle?

So my front end rattles over uneven roads or trails, its been like this since the first day I got my rig back from the shop after the install. I discovered a few small M6/M8 screws missing that holds various sheet metal pieces together behind the bumper, it wasnt too big of a job I just picked up a pack of screws from autozone and plugged them up where I could find any missing. This greatly reduced the metal on metal clanking noise while on road, but the moment I hit trails it's apparent that I still need to do more bracing unless this is normal.

Is anyone else experiencing this? Is this something I'm just going to have to live with?

Since I have all this free time working from home (COVID19), I thought that I could go underneath the rig and see if I could tighten any bolts but unfortunately I do not have the install manual anymore. I tried contacting shrockworks but haven't heard back, if anyone on here has a copy of the install manual could you send me a copy of it?

I have the 2012 Limited, so there is a difference between yours and mine because of the 2014 and up facelift. The SW bumper is pretty heavy duty so I think it would sound more of like a clank or a heavy clunk not a rattling, but anything is possible. It could be the SW aluminum skid plate that comes with the bumper or maybe the factory skid plate, and or possibly the washer fluid plate not being secure. Do you have the oil changed somewhere or DIY? Someone could've left a bolt loose. It could actually be a loose bolt that someone dropped. If you have a rubber mallet get under there and tap around on all the components associated with the bumper as well as the factory skid plate, unless you have SW skids. It could be something just not tightened down with the factory skid or where the SW skid bolts up. Check the inserts that sit under the headlights too. Mine is a pretty solid unit that could take down a block wall so hopefully it's something simple rattling on yours. Good Luck!
Edit: I see you live in Houston, drive by there and see if someone at SW is available tolook at it.

How close are the edges of your bumper to the bottom fenders? The frame flexes a bit with the bumper so the body of the vehicle will make contact with the fenders if close enough.

I haven't really heard anything major from mine aside from the top middle of my filler plate being too close to the bottom middle of the headlight. It rattles at times since they both make contact with each other.
I also know I have a squeaking from the more medial part of the filler plates rubbing against the plastic trim. Not bothersome though.

Thanks for the input, we're having some heavy rain this weekend so it looks like I wont get to go underneath the rig any time soon. I'm going to look at the body line gap and also use the idea of rubber hammer to see where the culprit is. If I find out whats causing it I'll report back my finding
