They only offer the blk on the rotopax site for 99. Said other colors coming soon at 125.

Do other vendors already sell colored ones?

based on my e-mails with them, i don't believe colored ones have released yet. they don't have "an accurate timeline" for them yet.

Ive seen some folks attach the 4 gallon rotopaxes to their swingarms. Maybe your bumper fabricator has that accessory?

It's simple really, you would mount them the exact same way you would mount the Rotopax fuel cans. You just need to buy one of the Rotopax mounts. The LFD bumper should have peg holes to fit the Rotopax mount. Just look on their IG and their actual product page where there are pictures of Rotopaxes mounted to the swing arm.

So they will fit on the single mounting plate. I thought they needed the double. I know a single will fit on the bumper it's what I was planning on using. and then I was going to get some Overland depot tracks since they have the free shipping. Roto wants 32 bucks to ship 100.oo tracks.

You could always try with just the single. If it wobbles then you could tie it down the upper mount with a shock strap or something. Another solution is something like the Blue Ridge Overland maxtrax bag and just get the strap for the spare tire.

FWIW, my experience with recovery boards is that IF you're in a situation that a pair of boards can get you out of, all of them do the job exactly the same. If you're stuck in a way that recovery boards won't help you, it again makes no difference if you bought the expensive Maxtrax or the cheapest Korean knockoff because neither will work. Better grab a shovel. Expensive boards are worth street cred, nothing more.

Perhaps, but anyone who pays 400 bucks for a couple pieces of orange plastic has it comin' anyway.

If they offered free shipping I would buy a pair, but paying 33% of the product is insane for shipping.

small update for anyone looking to buy: as of 5/26/2020 they are backordered with a estimated delivery date to them of "this week or next week", which probably means another two weeks of waiting on my end.

their website still says in stock though. nice.
