Lift, Wheels, Tires

Anyone here know if this is a pic of a member here? I'm looking for specs on the lift, wheels, and tires. Any info on what you know from the pic is appreciated.

Is that a thing.. running the tundra coils? Cheaper way to lift with new struts?

It's common on the 3rd gens. I did that to my 02.

First I've heard of this on a 5th gen.
