Accessory audio through OEM speakers
I have two ham radios that I would like to run the audio for through the OEM speakers and have it cut off the radio, etc. the same as a phone call through Bluetooth but still retain that ability and have a phone call take priority..
Any ideas..?

My 2011 SR5 had a ⅛” jack next to the 12v plug below the AC controls and if memory serves, it did what you wanted it to, however audio from the ham unit only came out of the left dash speaker. Think my 18 ORP has the same jack in the glove box but I haven’t tried it that way
I’ll putz tomorrow with it

The jack works. I used it for my CB for a while. It appeared to play through all speakers if you use a stereo 3 pin plug. I left the plug in all the time, plugged it in when needed and selected external input on the radio.

I wired up a small speaker in the kick panel and placed a small amp under the seat to boost the line audio from my ham radio. It can be louder than my car stereo if I want it to. I did a lot of searching and the only setups out there were hundreds of dollars to do what you want them to do. My option cost me approximately $20.
