Cargo mat / liner
First time posting so be easy and yes I've searched this topic. I ordered this OEM cargo mat from Amazon and I find it hard to believe its OEM because it's made out of the same material as a kiddie pool, cheap plastic. Definitely not the same material as my OEN floor mats.
Amazon.com: Genuine Toyota Accessories PT218-89111 Cargo Tray for Select 4Runner with 3rd Row: Automotive
What's the best cargo mat / liner?
Thx in advance

I don't have 3rd row but the OEM cargo mat for the sliding cargo deck is the same cheap material. I went with the Weathertech rubber one that you trim to fit. It is a nice flexible rubber, more grippy to keep things from sliding around. I had this same mat in my '10 TE and I thought it was the factory mat.

I don't have the 3rd row seat, but I replaced my really cheap sliding rear cargo cover with a Canvasback velcro on canvas cover. Love it.

The PT218-89111 is the American version of the OEM cargo liner for the 7-passenger (3rd row) 5th gen 4Runners.
PU550-89147-01 (or PU5508914701) is the Canadian version of the OEM cargo liner for the 7-passenger (3rd row) 5th gen 4Runners.
I have this liner in my 2011 Limited and it works great!
Anyone has ANY luck finding the "Canadian Cargo Liner"?
3rd row cargo liner only available from Canada.

Canvasback for the win. I think it is the best solution for back tray and seat back.

I have the OEM one in my 4runner and yah to it's cheesy is an understatement. It should be on a Cheetos commercial. I could probably poke a pencil through it.
My wife has the Weathertech in the Lexus and it's much much better. Soft rubber and durable too.

I’m on my second one of these in my 2nd 4runner for the same reasons. Love them.

Good to know, I actually doubted myself. My wife also has a Lexus GX 460 with the Lexus cargo mat and it's by far the real deal. I think I'm going with Weathertech. Appreciate everyones response.

dude go onto amazon and find something from maxpider 3d kagu... theyre sexy lookin and theyre not stiff as F.. i have some for my second row and third row... i just went w/ some used weathertechs on the front for dirt cheap..
but the maxpiders grip very well to the carpet w/o a need for the OEM hooks.
dont get the fuzzy ones.. get the rubberized ones.. fuzzy ones just trap all sorts of shit

Another vote for Canvas Back. Just ordered a full set for my Land Rover actually too.
I had Maxiliners in my 2016 and honestly don't know if they were worth the money. Material looked pretty rough after a couple years of use and wouldn't buy them again.
If I do end up wanting to put a tray on top of my Canvas Back at some point, I'll probably pick one up from Weathertech. Pricey, but seems to be about the best thing out there.
