Definitely planning to be calm and polite, but more assertive than normal for me. Will also be inspecting the parts myself, talking to the mechanic, and taking a bunch of pics.
When I initially asked for proof that my lift caused the issue, they always defer to the "field tech specialist" who is a consultant that I cannot even speak to.
