It could also be a tire(s). Sometimes tires can cause a 'Radial Pull'. Try swapping the front tires side to side and see if the 'pull' reverses.

My thought process here is to just give it more caster on the passenger side vs the driver.
I've had toyota give me their factory specs on a 2.5" lift and it pulled to the right.

In the past I had ST Maxx's that would cause me to pull to the right pretty significantly even with the desired 4+ caster on passenger vs driver.

I actually got an alignment a few days ago. New shop I decided to try out. It does pull to the right but it's not painfully annoying. If I one hand drive with my left hand, it goes nice and straight with minimal corrections. I guess due to the position I'm in.

But what I've also noticed is that in some parts of my area, the vehicle would go nice and straight on the flat spots that I can notice then once I visibly hit the crowns again, I'm back to holding it to the left just a bit.
They never gave me a printout but this shop probably gave me around a 3+ degrees of caster and possibly a little less on the passenger side. I've had 4+ degrees of caster before and it feels significantly heavier to turn the wheel. Also to take into account, if you have that difference in caster, and you pass by a perfectly flat area, you're going to pull to which ever side has more negative caster.
First time paying $60 for an alignment so I won't complain. Pretty stable on the highway and easy to turn the wheel. I'd like to make them my regular shop for when I need one again and add suggestions.

I've spent $140 on alignments around here only to still have a slight pull or an un-centered steering wheel.

mine

Mine also pulls to the right and it has been like this for a few years. I tried getting aligned again but what they did never changed anything.

Rotating side to side just once while still new tire and not broken in isn't bad idea to see if pulls the other way and you'll know that it is a tire and not alignment issue

Update on the situation:

Could not wait until Thursday for the shop to call me. I work at a dealer and I had my front end guy do an alignment and balance all 4 tires again. He said alignment was slightly out but not too bad.

When he balanced the tires 1 tire was missing 50g, another 100g and another 165g. Drove the 4runner home yesterday and its riding the same (pulling to the right) but now is vibrating even more. He's going to check road force today, and possibly swap the tires to see if its a tire pull.

Attached is the alignment sheet from yesterdays alignment.

Hopefully this gets sort out soon

my 2020 limited pulls as well. I have 3900 miles on it and had it back in at 2500 - was told it was within spec. I constantly have to put slight pressure on the steering wheel to the right side. They claim it's the crown in the roads. I plan to have mine checked again when i take it in for the 5000 mile service.

Get it checked as Toyota only offers 1yr/12K mile warranty on alignment. After that, you have pay out of pocket

Yeah, south Florida is known for its curvy roads! LOL

It’s the crown in the road, that’s why everyone here has a vehicle that pulls right. Living in an area with uneven terrain, I also get the joy of it pulling whichever way the terrain slopes. You can’t change physics.

What I see missing is cross caster. For areas with more crown in the road, you want more caster on the RIGHT hand side than the LEFT hand side by about 0.2-0.3 degrees. That will cause a slight pull to the left that will offset the tendency to drift right on crowned roads. Have them set the right hand side caster to around 3.2 and the left to 3.0. I think it'll go a long way to helping resolve your issue.

good luck

Wait. Unless I'm reading this wrong, he would need more positive caster on the passenger side to fight the road crown compared to the driver. That's always been my understanding of it anyhow.

Yep. You're right. I had it backwards. More caster on the passenger side. Glad you caught that.

I have same issue. I did the lift in October, let it settle fore a few weeks short trips to grocery store around the corner type of driving then took it in for an alignment. No pull prior or at least not to the right. Here are my numbers: 5th Gen Alignment After Lift Pulls Right : 4Runner

Alignment done at a local North Atlanta Toyota dealership, was thinking of going to my local 4wheelparts shop thinking they deal with lifted vehicles and will do a better job.

Any feedback based upon my numbers would be appreciated.
