Been selling it since 2009 with now over 1,500 sold. under 5 returns. Mostly by those that were older gentleman and couldn't reach under the dash to install it. If I was closer to them I wouldn't have just installed it for them, but I would have had to FLY there.

4Runner ran without the SB for 30 days and no error code showed. So the error was cause by the SB. Don't know if SB was faulty or just a connection issue. I ran the SB for approx 2 yrs without issues. I returned my SB to have it checked out. Jason reached out to me and said I was being sent a new SB which I already recv'd. My SB wasn't tested due to COVID-19 manpower issues. I thanked Jason for facilitating the warranty exchange.

Everything is still good with the replacement SB. If it acts up again, I'll update. The original worked good for a little over 2 years. I know electronics can be unpredictable and nothing lasts forever. Sorry for missing the 30 days update.

Going to revive almost 3yo thread.
I'm having same issue now with P2121 code...
2020 T4R also run 2 years without issues. I erased the code and turned off the SB, without disconnecting it. Will drive it like that for a while and see if code returns.
