It's probably because they haven't tested it with anything beyond 2018. That being said, there isn't much reason for Toyota to have changed the design of the filter housing. They use that same design on several vehicles across Toyota and Lexus. Since the engine hasn't changed since 2010, I am very confident it would work on your filter housing.

Since this thread has been revived, there is a newer, larger valve body Fumoto which provides higher flow rates to address some of the complaints surrounding the time it takes to drain. F133S with LC-10-S Series Large Body Valve.

The slow drain really hasn't been an issue for me either, but I have the higher flow version waiting to install next change anyway.
