Shake Like A Dog Button - Help

I bought a new 4runner last week, and I've been hesitant to try the "Shake Like a Dog" button. According to the owners manual it's designed to fling the mud off of the vehicle after it gets filthy.
How violent is this shake? Should I wear a seat belt? Maybe even a helmet? I need some opinions based on experience. Please see the photo below.

Thanks in advance!

That may be your opinion, but my ex-wife was not a fan of the "ejector seat" function.

You inspired me to give it a go!
Turns out that the seat moves opposite of the body shake and neutralizes the effect on the driver. As you said - no seat belt needed! Just don't leave your drink in the cup holder.

It wouldn't have bothered her so much if you left the sunroof open.

You use the shake like a dog button when you have to distract your truck from dry humping your leg.

Maybe it's like the Benz bounce mode that no one will ever use offroad.
