Mounting Awning on Prinsu Without Brackets
Has anybody mounted an awning on their Prinsu rack without using any brackets? I read that you don't have to purchase a bracket to mount them, but I see that Prinsu sells awning brackets.

The 4Runner Prinsu rack doesn't have holes lower than the slots on the side plate...unfortunately.

The Tacoma Prinsu racks have sideplate lower holes and are able to mount an awning with just fasteners.
