I have a Carista, and I don't recall seeing that as a setting. If I find it again... and I know it's around here someplace... before anybody gives you an authoritative answer I will check and let you know.
I think the reset procedure differs depending on the model year. I read that the 2020 model (which I have) has some different software programming that independent shops didn't get until early 2020 (but they should have them now). So your local (or national chain) tire shop might be a cheaper option if they have the software now. A whole shop hour for this procedure sounds high.
If you find you do need to replace a sensor, I went with the ones from Tire Rack (Replacement Hardware 315MHz Tire Pressure Sensor) for $42. Not as cheap as some seen on EBay, but less expensive than dealership. And with TireRack I knew that if there were an issue they would deal with it.
Your year might be the same, but you can check here:

I had the install of new wheels & tires & sensors (that I purchased elsewhere) bundled in when we made the purchase. That way I kept the originals fully intact. I pushed for, and received, a full diagnostic print-out that showed all the sensors. I
believe but haven't tried, that I could swap out wheel sets, and the car would recognize the old sensors. It seems to have enough memory for two sets.
