Suspension barks, like a dog

After off-roading for a bit, my front suspension starts making noise, the best way to describe is is like a dog barking. Any ideas what could be causing it?
It's not the shocks, those have been replaced with Bilstein 6112s and it still does it. Do I have osmething that needs to be lubed? Replace bushings in the control arms?

It's dust in the various suspension components. Common. Wash it, goes away.

I have total chaos lowers and mine does the same thing. Bought new bushings. Had them installed a total of three times following their tech to the T. Does fine for a week but has to be re lubed way too much.

Has a set 4 years ago and a buddy has them now on a different rig, quiet as can be. So whatever total chaos changed sucks.

Anyway, most likely lower control arm bushings.

A co-worker's 2019 Tacoma TRD OR was making a noise like that when he would hit small bumps. You could actually rock the truck while it was parked and hear it. His problem was a cab bushing. They changed it and fixed the noise. I know they're different than a 4runner, but might could check that....Now thinking about it....probably wouldn't be that because the 4Runner doesn't chassis flex like a Tacoma.

I started with superlube and after experience some squeaks, I switched to the following and have had much better luck:
molygraph--have used this the majority of the time as i can use it on my delta joints too--have never had a squeak since
Amazon.com: CRC Sta-Lube SL3330 Moly-Graph Extreme Pressure Multi-Purpose Lithium Grease - 14 Oz.: Sports & Outdoors

Got this to use on my lca delrin bushings, will use this on my uca bushings moving forward as well... pricey
Amazon.com: Prothane 19-1751 Super Grease Tube - 14 oz.: Automotive

I have dirt king lowers. They use a delrin bushing. I have only heard them squeak a few times a month or two after the initial install and that was because I've improperly greased them and playing at a mud park contributed.

Ever since then after a proper grease, I have yet to hear a peep. I try to grease them maybe every 6 months. You could try to see if their delrin bushing is compatible with your total chaos lowers in the furure.

I use Lucas oil red n tacky grease.
