Gotta say I had a pair of Nitto Ridge Grapplers on my old FJ and loved them. I haven't been as impressed with the Terra Grapplers on the Pro so far. Now with this, they're definitely off the Christmas list lol.

Ok just wanted to report this in. I just replaced all the original Terra Grapplers with KO2’s in stock size and c load rating. Problem completely gone! Wondering how many Pro owners have had the same problem with the original Terra Grapplers??

Tires can do some unexpected things- had new Ford Taurus way back- after some miles accumulated it would pull to the right. Alignment was checked and on a guess the dealer swapped the 2 front tires left to right. It then pulled left!
Tire looked perfect.
They replaced the one tire and all was well.

I had similar issues with the "OEM" Pro Terra Grapplers, although not as bad as you. The quality of the tires is crap compared to Nitto's other tires and other brands tires. I replaced mine with KO2's and had no issues after that.

I guess we all forget how dramatic the effect good or bad tires have on any vehicle. The 4Runner is such a smooth driver on the road we get spoiled so when something doesn’t feel right we notice immediately.

2019 truck is new. Take it into dealer. Get a video of when it happens and at what speed.

For those getting them, make sure you rotate those KO2's on schedule and in the correct pattern. They are great tires but they have a tendency to cup and make noise if you don't rotate and are near impossible to get back in shape. Ask me how i know.

This is interesting - I just brought mine in (under ToyotaCare warranty at 101,000) and they're replacing the torque converter. I was getting really bad shudder (honestly more like bucking) when accelerating between 1,500 and 2,000 rpm. Coasting or light acceleration - no problem, step on it - no problem. Just in that range. I'll post an update when I get it back later this week.

I'm going in tomorrow first thing in the AM for a drain and flush, I'll post on here if there is a noticeable difference with new fluid. Hoping this isn't something that I'll have to accept as a "quirk" since now I just cannot ignore it everytime I drive lol.

If set up properly, you'll never feel it, or hear it again.

Yep, replacing the TC fixed my issue (although then they forgot a spring in the 4wd shifter, so it would fall sideways in 4x4 - so it had to go back )
