Hmm... I wonder how these would look on a barcelona red trail edition. I'd 100% jump on them other than wondering if they would clash with the silver bumper covers. I have my snow tires on the stock wheels at the moment and will mount my stock sized ATs this spring. I was going to do matte grey or gunmetal Pro wheels, but these could look really cool.

Just ordered a set through a Toyota dealership that's participating in the January FREESHIP deal. For my '08's Driftwood paint, with blacked out trim, I'm hopin' they'll rock when covered with bigger tread after a suspension lift. Free shipping lasts until the end of the month at participating dealers, so the $150 savings beat other matte bronzish rims (Method, Icon, etc.) I was considering.
Also, I like the idea of the 7" width, compared to 8.5 on most others... When living in Wyoming with snow and Spring-thaw mud on trails, a narrower tire with good tread stood a better chance of digging down to hardpan for traction than a wider rim/tire combo.
Did a quick mock-up of my 4th gen with the bronze TRD wheel off the green, dealership 5th gen pictured above. Picturing a 3/2 lift beforehand, me likey...

I totally dig the bronze. To many people has the black and gray ones so did not want to follow the band wagon. Just threw them on this past weekend. Mounted my stock tires on, will be getting a lift and new tires so it would be more aggressive.
Do you think these keep the stem tucked far enough back to prevent it from getting torn off if you rub a rock or something? I have the FN Wheels Konig Six Shooter and my valve stem is very exposed which worries me. I do carry a set of Colby stems for emergency but still.

I cannot start a new thread, so asking my question here (I did search on forum though).
I am looking to replace the stock 20" wheels/tires on my 2021 Nightshade/Limited with TRD Pro 17" wheels and tires.
Not looking to do any lifts/mods at the moment - Which size tires would I be better off without any rubbing/BMC. Looking for AT tires with wider/slightly aggressive looks, mostly road driving.

265/70/17 fits with just a fender liner push. If you don't want to do that, you'd have to get narrower or smaller tires
I've got these on my 4Runner, kind of wish I'd gone with something different but I have had a lot of folks comment on them that they look better than the OEM version and they have a perfect offset.
