I assume it would mean a higher pressure in the fuel rail, which would mean your computer would need to adjust the injector pulse time. I don't see why that would be an issue as long as they disconnect the battery during install.
The only issue I forsee would be that the URD SC instructions warn about not going below 1/4 tank because the pump has the ability to drain the sump area faster than can flow into the sump area at low tank levels. I haven't put an air bubble in the fuel line yet, but I'm pretty religious about not going below 1/4 tank unless I'm driving sedately in town and flatland Ohio.
