I ordered mine last night, $432 out the door (LA County 10.25% tax rate FTL). Should be available to pick up early next week I believe. I'm not doing any super crazy trails, so these hopefully should suffice.


Crazy thing is that these are cheaper than the OEM TRD Pro grill.

The price point is great, big question is how strong are they. Anyone know what they weigh? Or wall thickness on tubing?

You could trash a set and bolt on a second new pair for the cost of one powder coated RSG set.

I’m sold.

I think the question is are these strong enough to hold the weight of your truck purchased on a rock? The point of sliders is to protect your rocker panel when you straddle a rock. It'd be wicked expensive to replace the rocker panel on your truck if it got bent.

I'm not putting these down - They may be great but most of the time you get what you pay for.

FYI.. If you want a more economical option, these guys on fleabay look like they put together a pretty good slider

On Toyota’s dealer spec sheet someone gave me they claim 77lbs total for both.

For two sliders that seems pretty light... The shipping weight on the Shrockworks I'm looking at is 130 lbs.
