It really seems to be about equal to what I was getting with the stock halogens, but just a nice white color. So...my question is...does anyone know if Toyota is using the stock projector housing and just sticking their own LED bulbs in there, or it a redesigned housing? If they are using the stock housing, I imagine that we’d be able to buy the Toyota LED bulbs and make a simple swap? I’m wondering which manufacturer is making the LED headlight bulbs for Toyota.

Most everyone here is missing the point on headlights, but this guy gets it.
The purpose of headlights is to make the truck look good. Light output and safety are really insignificant but would be "nice to have".
And this is the reason that I frequently post in lighting threads.
Toyota can't just stick LEDs in the current housings and call it a day. They have spent at least two years testing the lighting units and they will deliver a lighting unit that meets the Federal requirements - something no aftermarket unit can do.
