Rear bumper replacements WITHOUT swing arms - Let's see them!

Hello all,

Heavily considering a rear bumper replacement without swing arms, gas / water can mounts, jack mounts, etc.

If you have recommendations for the above, let me know - what do you like / dislike about your rear replacement bumper. Pictures / opinions / experiences are highly welcomed!

I am installing the Eibach rear 250 pound load leveling system, so added weight in the rear is not an issue.

--Back story below this line -- don't read if you don't care --
Main reason for my steel bumper interest is because a novice (young) driver reversed into my parked 2020, in a parking lot . She admitted fault, but we're settling outside of insurance for various reasons. Very minor damage, but will need a replacement bumper cover at minimum. Repairs would hover around $1k give or take I assume. Instead of replacing with OEM, I though I'd explore a steel / alum. setup since I like the look of the steel bumper w/ no swings.

I know this isn't typical, but a full swing arm setup is not necessary for my needs. It's my daily, and out of all the roadies I've taken on my 2016, and 2020 4Runners, I have yet to need extra gas, water, high lift jack. Also, plan on running 285/70/17 soon, which will fit in stock location.

Cheers,

Older pic. CBI bumper w/ no swing out.

I like it, fits my needs and adds a nice surface to lay things on/step to get to the roof. I do like being able to open the rear door without having to swing an arm out first.
But there are trips where the swing out arm would be nice. Especially if I ever go up in tire size, not enough room in the stock spare tire area.

I don't have pictures but check out the Hefty Fabworks aluminum rear without swing-out. I believe it weights 58 lbs or something crazy light!

I know you stated weight isn't an issue, just throwing the lightweight option out there for you.

Even better, 48 pounds. The thing that makes me wonder if it's worth it though is the $2395 price, plus freight cost, plus 20 week lead time. Ouch!
