To OP: that is a strange one… I am guessing CV or wheel bearing can cause that, but I would think if one of them are causing thumping noise at the low speed you would hear it and feel it in other conditions as well… and with wheel bearing that bad, you probably would be able to feel the “play” on the wheel when that wheel is off the ground.
Also, wheel bearing failure are normally most pronounced with turning one direction (left or right) and almost non- detectible when turning the other direction…
So let me ask you some stupid questions: are you sure that front suspension bolts are tight (cam bolts-LCA) , no worn parts (with big play) like ball joint, steering end links, no broken spring (s), no damaged bushings, etc...? and the last one… are all lug nuts on wheel(s) are tight?
