Westcott TRD Pro Kit Installed

Had my Westcott Designs lift installed yesterday and then today installed 285/70 Wildpeaks and had alignment done. It looks great and actually rides better than before.

Measurements for center of hub to fender:
RF Before 21 - After 23
LF Before 21 - After 23.25
RR Before 22.5 - After 23.75
LR Before 22.5 - After 23.75

Before

After

Final result with 285/70 Wildpeaks

Just found out about this lift today when talking to a local shop about lifting my 4runner. Super affordable in comparison to the other toytec/dobinsons lifts I was looking at. And I have a lower header in my garage so i'm worried when I have my ski racks on about getting close to the top of my garage after a lift.

On their web site it says it's not a spacer/body lift but having a hard time not seeing that. Did you have to do upper control arms to fit the 285/70/17 wildpeaks at all or just the lift?

Your rig looks great! Out of curiosity, what’s the finally ride height in the rear from the ground to the top of your TRD roof rack? I want to get this lift but I’m concerned about not fitting in my parking garage at work. The vehicle limit is 6’8”. I believe my rig is sitting at 6’5” with stock size KO2s.

I also want to get 285s but don’t want to mod the body, including removing mud flaps. Are you having any rubbing issues?

285s on a stock Pro will require some trimming if you don't have an accommodating lift beyond the standard Pro lift. You can go up to 275s w/o trimming.

Do you think I’d need trimming if I were to go with the Westcott lift?

This give be a lot more confidence in placing my order. May I ask, what is the final ride height from the ground to the top of the TRD Pro basket? I just want to make sure I fit inside the parking garage at work.

Wonder how the ride is with the Westcott lift? Thinking about installing one on my ‘16 Pro.

Ride quality; no confusions regarding ride height, but thanks.
