Load/unload as any weight transfer front/rear? Mine has been doing that for about 15k miles, but only in the rain. I've replaced springs, UCAs, LCAs, sway bar bushings, sway bar endlinks, etc, etc to no avail

To me it sounds like the same noise I heard on my Honda when the sway bar bushings were going bad. I'm considering replacing those anyway, since they look a bit crusty and the truck is now 6 years old.

If I had to guess, I'd say that undoing the bushing connections when I put the lift in probably disturbed them enough to exacerbate their already worn-out state.

In my personal experience, any dull, muffled clunking noises in my suspension have always been rubber components of some form.
Are the sway bar links tight?

Exclamation

I have a similar front end clunk. Be sure the rubber bushing directly below the top center strut nut and washer is installed...because whoever installed mine didn't..

Speaking of bushings, did you install the lift yourself? If so, did you have the truck on the ground before torqueing the lower shock bolt to the LCA? If not, there could be bound tension in the bushing, possibly creating the clank, or the bushing could be shot. Just another idea for you.

I developed a clunk after installing Bilstein 5100s with 881/906 springs. The clunking would happen when driving over a series of bumps in the road. There would be no clunks when driving over smooth dips or slowly I jacked up the front end and discovered the driver side tire has 1/2" of left/right play. I've tracked it down to the driver side inner tie-rod. Planning to replace the ITRE this weekend.

My 2020 ORP, no modification, and I have heard clunk 3-4 times. I have to monitor closely. I heard it when turning left at an intersection around 25MPH. I even made a u-turn and tried again to see if it was the vehicle, or manhole cover there making the clunk sound. I have <6K miles so far.

Finally tracked down my clunk today.

My clunk was a dull thunking clunk that was most pronounced when going through uneven bumps and left turns on pavement and was constant when off road. It sounded like it was the sway bar coming from the middle of the front end.

I believe that when I installed my UCAs I forgot to torque the sway bar end link on the passenger side. It was really loose. Tightening it to spec and clunk was gone. Fixed my skid plate creak while I was at it. It was so quiet today that I could now hear my squeaking rear hatch Replaced LCA bushings (was "front end clank")Replaced LCA bushings (was "front end clank")

Update - I bought the Whiteline front bushings kit. Prior to replacing the bushings, I have sprayed them with penetrating oil twice.

The noise became much quieter.

Looking forward to getting the job done this weekend.
