I agree with the posts above...but you asked.
On the fuse panel up under the dash, there is a fuse marked IGN.
put an ADD -A- Circuit in there and connect the blue wire. It carries very little in the way of AMPS. It is a trigger circuit.
An added note: I run a similar setup with the RedArc. DO NOT cut corners on fusing. DO NOT allow wires to just flop loose under the hood.
A nice clean, thoughtful and fused system is a safe system.
