Keep in mind that I'm just observing that a few members have had issues with trans temp overheating and they've also had superchargers. So I'm making a pretty big jump of logic here that may have no relationship other than random luck. My guess is with your heavier load the regear would keep the torque converter locked up more often and generate less heat.
I don't know why the superchargers seem to be correlated with trans temps being high at idle or trail speeds. That points to something going on with high-idle rpms or something odd there. You're also not the first to have that issue.
But I'm also just random guessing on something that could cause a problem. You could also have just gotten your transmission cooler lines reversed or received a radiator with a constricted passage and you're not getting enough fluid flow.
