Westcott Designs vs Eibach lift kit for trd pro

I'm trying to decide between the Westcott Designs vs Eibach trd pro lift kits for my 19 4runner. I have gone through the topics discussing each kit but didn't see anything regarding why people chose one over the other. To those who went with one of these kits, what factors went into making your choice? Ultimately, how did it turn out? Any info and pictures would be great.

Westcott Designs vs Eibach lift kit for trd pro

I would bet all your questions would be answered in those other threads, but I went with Eibach because a spring is almost always a better choice. My installer laughed when he saw the Westcott. Eibach was easier. Got red springs in rear as a bonus. Rides great. Stance is great. Able to run 285's easily with stock wheels. With that said the guys at Westcott were great to talk to, but the springs were a much simpler install.

Simple answer. Ask any mechanic they will tell you springs are the better way to go.

TRD Pro Eibach springs aren’t easy to find these days. I tried ordering from Eibach and after placing the order and waiting two weeks without a shipping confirmation, was told by them they were out of stock and it would be between 1-3 months before they went back in to production.

I found a set at one of their distributors fortunately, and canceled my Eibach order.

I see with the Eibach springs you have to adjust the torsion bar. Have you noticed any bounce in the front end due to this when you hit bumps on interstate and so forth?

I like how mine rides. Only springs changed out and alignment done.

Someone at Eibach needs to come up with a picture of the front torsion bar on a 4Runner

Has anyone with the Westcott lift installed the Eibach rear springs rather than the Westcott spacer?
