Saker, great looking truck! We'll be using your build for inspiration--about two weeks ago our daughter got a beautiful 8-point buck, but destroyed her 2016 white 4R in the process. Truck did its job and protected her and her friend with no injuries. So we are in the market, and probably it's a TRD OR/P. Already working to get some parts for the new truck.

Thanks for the Kudo's !
Sorry to hear your daughter and friend collided with the buck, but glad they were protected from injuries.
My 2014 protected me back on Oct 10....but was totaled in the process!
So here we are starting over with this 2021!
Stay safe!

Damn Saker, this build is slick and you are wasting no time in getting it spec'd out the way you want it. Bummed to hear about the old rig but glad you're safe.
You're auxiliary power setup is super clean. It looks like you're using a Blue Sea Systems 5025 ST and their 100A DC breaker. I have a few (noob) questions as this is something I want to do but need to fully understand before I purchase anything:
1) The idea behind the fuse block is to eliminate a bunch of wires with inline fuses going to the positive terminal on the battery AND ground wires, yes?
2) Based on the above, I can only conclude that the 100A breaker is meant to break if amperage peaks >100 in order to protect the battery, yes?
3) What in gods name do you plan to run besides a few lights that would pull more than 100A?? (The real question here is, do you think 100A is overkill or is there a logical explanation that I haven't figured out?)
4) Where are you mounting your relays?
5) If the relays are in the engine bay (where I'd assume they'd be), are the relays ground post (85) going to the fuse block for ground?
6) Can you post a link to the relays you're using?
Sorry for the flood of questions.
Cheers,
~smee

Thank you sir!
1.) Yes
2.) Yes, protect battery and all OEM systems. I more than likely could have done a 40A or 60A.
3.) see #2
4.) Currently my DRL relay is on the back side of the right Deflector - Toyota (53294-35020).
I've had relays mounted on the driver's side inner fender on my previous and never had any issues. You could probably see them in photos of my previous build.
5.) Yes, you are correct!
6.) Bosch 5 pin Bosch Automotive 0332019150 5 Pins, 12 V, 30 A, Normal Open Mini Relays

You rock man! This weekend I ran the wiring for my raptor lights with a dedicated switch on the left side of the dash... during this process I realized "god damn, there is going to be a rats nest of wires in here if I add even three more devices..."
I am definitely going to build out this aux power system in mine soon.
Last question: Is that like 2 or 4 gauge wire coming off of the battery to the breaker/fuse box?

Thanks!
I hate the “rat nest look”! LOL
That’s why I run as much in split looms or this expandable sleeving.
Suggestion, think things out as much as possible. You will still make adjustments “on the fly”, ask me how I know. Don’t rush, it’s going to take more time than you think it will. In the end, it will work and look professional, if that’s the end goal.
Battery cable size is all I can tell you.
Mine is probably overkill to say the least. But I built it for any upgrades in the future.
Oh,
@ smeerun
~ SCUBA MOD soon to come!

Thank you, this 100% good advice. I come from an IT background and have spent many hundreds of hours building out server racks in data centers. There is nothing better than standing back and looking at all of the clean cable runs and admiring how accessible and expandable you've designed the rack to be.
Needless to say, I'll be referring back to the work you've done when I go to work on mine. Keep it up man!

Damn that mod is hella clean my man. A diff breather isn't something on my radar... yet, but who knows where my journey takes me. Might need it someday and hope that I had installed it beforehand... xD

Installed Scuba Mod on Rear Differential & Diff Locker
Cut the hole with a hole punch in rubber plug # 90950-01958, inserted fuel line, routed it, removed OEM one-way valve from differential, disconnected the 1/8” breather line from the diff locker, connected those to the fittings on the “tee” .
Parts Used:
(1) 90404-51026 Toyota 1/4" Fuel Line Union
(1) 1/8" NPTF Brass Tee
(1) 1/8 X 1/8 HB Male Adapter (1/8" Hose ID X 1/8" Male NPTF Adapter)
(3) 1/4 X 1/8 HB Male Adapter (1/4" Hose ID X 1/8" Male NPTF Adapter)
(1) 1/8" Brass Pipe Plug
(1) 1/4" Brass Pipe Plug
(1) 2 Port Manifold with Filter
6' of 1/4" Fuel Line
Hose Clamps to fit.
Aluminum Bracket fabricated: I made mine out of a piece of 1/8" thick aluminum cut to size, bead blasted it and marked & drilled the holes.
Brass machine screws, washers (flat and lock) and nuts to attach manifold to bracket.
Mounted in the Bottle Jack Compartment with 1/4” SS cap screw, flat, lock washer and nut.
