2019 Blown PRO for Sales
My 2017 TRD Off-Road got totaled yesterday and I happen to fall on a 2019 PRO with 7k miles, Magnuson SC, and Borla Exhaust just last week for sale locally. All done at dealer at 4k and under warranty. Had no intention of buying it but now the tables have turned. Wants 49k. Thoughts? Thanks in advance.

49k for a two year old vehicle isn't what I would do, you're missing out on Carplay, active cruise control, LED lights, etc.
Understand the upgrades but that's their prerogative, clearly the vehicle has been sitting awhile. Finally the Magnuson SC could mean you don't get Toyota's standard 200k-300k mi reliability. That will accelerate the lifetime of the vehicle significantly.
I'd say 44k MAX prior to TTL.

Sounds like an opportunity, maybe you can get another $1000 from insurance and $1000 price change. I'd enjoy the supercharger and exhaust every time I drove. You need to test drive it...

For 49,000 I would be buying a new 2020 Pro. Or 2021.

Some people, don't value those new electronic features as much. The adaptive cruise sounds cool until you have problems with it. I just spent three frustrating week trying to turn of my TPMS light! Gosh!
Was 2019 the last year still using the Bilstein shocks? I think so. Carplay is great for people with unlimited cellular data (most everyone but me). The old shocks are the biggest "con" I suppose. The super charger is worth $6000 plus install and the risk of it not working properly, you probably already know that. Someone else already took the risk of install. Of course an inspection would verify its good to go.
$49 is a lot, time is a buyers best negotiation tool.
2019 Pro has JBL stereo, FJ cruiser rack, and LED headlights?

I love my AG 2020 Pro over my 17 Pro. The features are much better.

Agree with others isn’t he thread, get a new pro or a LC200.
I also don’t understand the appeal of a supercharger in a 4r, it’s not like it’s a canyon carver (you will certainly overpower the brakes and steering capabilities), the added HP is useless off road and you’re essentially negating one of the platforms best features, bulletproof reliability.

Disagree with the opinion that $49k is a lot in the current market assuming 2019 is the desired model year.
It isn't really that much if trade-in for a bone stock 2019 Pro is $45k with no effort other than turning over the keys. If buyer wants a Magnuson SC, installing one on a 2020 isn't even an option, so depending on how prospective buyers view the modifications, where someone already mentioned the SC is 6k+ Install, $49k is somewhat of a deal.

Agree. I would subtract money due to the mods, not add it.

I love how people comment on the side effects of a supercharger who don’t have one. Just because you can’t afford one doesn’t mean you should dog on it. Also the added power does not over power the brakes and steering capabilities. It makes the vehicle more enjoyable to drive.
