Nothing wrong with the tire carrier from Rigd Supply. I think it's a good/solid piece. Great customer service as well. The only drawback from any of the hitch mounted Tire carriers available is a reduction of departure angle.

I'm upgrading to a solid bumper for offroading/clearance purposes. I chose the Victory unit because I think it is the cleanest look and I already have their front bumper and am satisfied with it.

Black Friday

I limited myself to one purchase for the Naptown 4Runner. Ordered the SSO full roof rack, no lights.

Really, I went with RCI to keep the same set throughout and also I prefer the corrosion resistance of Aluminum over steel. I did see a few posts on LFD being a superior design.

Wanderlost Overland did a great video on it. They had RCI full skids and experienced a rattle common with most t-case skids. They swapped out that piece for the LFD and it was fixed. They do a good job explaining the differences.

You can try Battle Born Offroad. They had 25% off for Black Friday, but I think it ended on Monday. Try code BF2020

I used to get that rattle with my RCI tcase skid but after I removed the OEM Tcase cover, I never got the rattles again

I think I’m done for BF. Might pickup a Hi-Lift and some more recovery gear, but that can wait till spring. Also eyeing an ARB awning.

Bought a set of Demello Stealth Sliders powder coated.
Warn Evo 10-S winch
SSO Slimline Hybrid powder coated w 30” Heise light bar (I can’t spend Rigid or Baja prices just can’t)
SpiderTrax 1.25” wheel spacers
Cornfed spacer lift (think I should get to 2.25”)
ARB recovery gear
ARB Breather kit
Shackles
Various Decals from Etsy
I didn’t buy it during BF but I did order a Gobi stealth rack also. (Bought October)

I’ll reach out if I’m heading through STL. I have a hi-lift xtreme I am parting with. Not sure if I’ll be there before spring, but trying to get a family trip planned that way.

Not a black friday deal but going to add this here since it's still a "holiday" deal. Saw a few people interested in winches but I didn't see any big sales during BF. 4WP is having 15% off and free shipping off Rugged Ridge winches. There is also an additional $100 mail in rebate to sweeten the deal. So $367 for a the Rugged Ridge Trekker 10k synthetic winch.
