Pretty sure it is the same with a different single piece hose. The SB has a 3 piece hose. Not sure if you can do a mod without a pressure relief switch to connect a standard hose. I will have to give mine a try tomorrow.

Good to know. I got 15% off on top of the 20% and free TRED traction boards. Honestly would rather have the compressor

I can take those traction boards off your hands when you get them. Give you a little money toward your compressor!

Don't get me wrong, I like the traction boards. I just use an air compressor a lot more.

Don't know why they advertise it as RT when it's a AT tire. Actually more of a hybrid AT leaning towards a MT

I think if I had to do it over again I'd get one that is direct bolt on w/o drilling or use of stick nuts. Not sure why Shrockworks hasn't updated their mounting design.

This is exactly why I am hesitant on Shrockworks - seems like more of a hassle for not much more benefit. The Cali Raised bolt right into the frame so I assume they are great jackpoints as well. The only thing is that Shrockworks are 30 degree and i really like the sleek look that is closer to the body.

They do recommend drilling if you're doing any rock crawling or lifting from the slider. One of the cons of their sliders is that it only has two mounting posts and not three like most other sliders. So I'd definitely recommend drilling into the frame for an extra mounting bolt if you're doing any kind of crawling. There weren't as many slider options when I was buying and I got a fantastic deal on them during a group buy. I've definitely used them and they've held up fine. I still think they're a great slider for the price and the powder coating has held up great. Just depends on how much you don't want to deal with stick nuts and drilling.

I have the Shrockworks angled sliders and also got them for a great price two years ago. The powder coat, angle and closeness to the body is what sold me. I am fairly tall at 6’3” and don’t need them. My wife is 5’3” and my 6 year old is 4’1” and they have no problem negotiating them getting in. I paid an off road shop $75 to install them. They have done them before. Very pleased with them.

Agree, for the price it's hard to beat the Shrockworks sliders. I think I got mine for like $520 for the straight, simple plate slider with the textured powder coat. Picked it up from their warehouse and saved on shipping. Hard to figure out how sliders nowadays cost almost $800-$1000.

I'm looking to upgrade my fog lights and looking/waiting for deals on either Diode Dynamics SS3 Pro's amber SAE. Or Baja Designs SAE.
