I'll take them off my list for replacement axle suppliers, don't need that kind of service.

Gotcha. The replacement axles sent to you under warranty, turned out to also be defective themselves.

too much. The guy that makes and sells the kit says it takes him 16+ hours install and he's done many. This was a custom fit job to the 4runner. I also had secondary shock hoops installed as well as rear weld on hydraulic bumps. so it was a lot of labor hours.

baller build, mid travel with all the goodies. that kit would be amazing with a 3.5" long travel kit too.

the rear weld on bump stop kit isn't hard, i hope they didn't charge you a bunch for that. I did it in my driveway lol.

i do have some sort of unsafe feeling driving this.
I dont know if they set my caster too high while my wheels are already pushed forward 1 inch? possibly my steering rods? will jack up later and check out in this 20f weather

I feel unsafe on the highway going 60+, seems like the steering is very very sensitive now . I've been driving my raptor for the past 2 months though, and its track width is roughly 4" more then a stock raptor.

Did you ever figure out what caused you to feel uneasy driving? And how is it all performing now?

Glad to hear that it wasn’t anything more, my kit arrived in the next week and I’m stoked to see how the install will go. Anything needed other than upper control arms? I wouldn’t assume since it’s just moving everything forward but I thought I’d ask before I’m mid install and need parts.

We’ll install is not going so we’ll since I ordered a 16+ tacoma kit. It appears to be the same as the 2nd gen kit you have which makes me wonder why it doesn’t work right now. Do you mind sending some photos all around of where it’s bolted and welded?
