Only thing I didn't like about the 1st Gen Tundra was the double cab back seat was brought over from the Sequoia and didn't fold up and out of the way like every other truck brand.

No, not a video watcher. Unless I need to know about something. Then I look for manufacturer/dealer videos. So many videos, in my opinion, are either sensational shams, or shot so badly they give me vertigo.
I went from an ‘02 Tacoma TRD 4x4 to my ‘18 SR5 because I’ve aged out of the pickup game. I can’t crawl around in the bed anymore, I can’t even get into the bed of the American makes. I can’t often even see over the sides of American trucks, I always kept a camper shell on the Tacoma. My Tacoma spent its last years with me always empty, except for the Hi Lift jack mounted atop on of the fenders, and a shovel. If I needed to haul, I have a utility trailer. The Tacoma is still in the family.
I still wanted a body on frame SUV since I do still go off road. I live in an isolated, very rural area where dirt roads outnumber paved ones. I still haul heavy loads of heating pellets, trash to the dump, and the like. I pull a heavy length of railroad rail with chain and a steel loop to drag my property for fire breaks, smooth out my gravel driveways, knock out sagebrush and greasewood sprouts.
The 4Runner, in stock form with BFG All Terrains has been perfect for me.
