Dobinsons MRR 3-way adjustable shocks

My Black Friday purchase of the Dobinsons 1" to 3.5" MRR 3-way adjustable lift kit will be delivered soon. Curious to know what settings you all typically set them on when daily driving, rock crawling, trail riding, and mudding?

I've never had adjustable shocks before and am curious if most people just leave them on 1 setting mostly or change them frequently?

Check out the Dobinsons thread too! Might have some info in there.

I had them installed a few months back and they at first set the HSC at 5 front/back. I decided to play around with it a little bit and stiffened it up quite a bit but it made the ride really harsh. I softened up the front to a 4 and the rear to a 6 and haven't changed it since. I haven't had a lot of off-road experience yet with it except for once and just left it where it was. I haven't messed with the LSC or rebound though and probably don't plan to.

IMO stiffen them up when you add weight and gonna give the shocks a workout doing higher speed off road. That way it won't blow through the travel so fast and bottom out.
