elonmsk from Austin, TX just posted a smoked set last week installed on his TRD PRO. So I'm not sure the specific differences.

Those are the Anzo lights. The ones I installed are the Spyder ones. Different design.

Just asked them. He said the following:

Yes, this fits the 2010-2021 4runners. The tails are all the same for those years.

I would take a look at your plug (easy to get to, just pull the access panel off) and see if it matches up with the ones I have in the pictures.
