Run away from Patagonia MT tires, aftermarket wheels, and a lift. That will kill your MPG. 13-14 mpg dead.

Dobinsons 2.5/2" lift, 1" body lift, 285/70 on OEM Trail wheels, HeftyFab front bumper/sliders, full SSO rear bumper w/jerry can holder, 100lb subwoofer box in the cargo area.
I average 16 city and highway.

Anecdotal evidence: Installed 255x80's and picked up 1.5 mpg over the 285's.

I have never heard of these before but have seen that weird treat pattern.
How do they perform?
Looks like they'd be prone to some chunking and weaving behavior on road.

They make noise, so far I am otherwise very happy with them, have not really put them through anything. They do perfectly well on fire roads, but so what. This winter will get some sand, mud, and snow under them.
On-road manners are fine.

Any rub with the 285’s with your lift setup? Thanks.

285’s and MPG?
I'm running TRD Bilstein suspension with 2/1.5 CF and airlift on 285 RGs. At first, my avg dropped from right around 17 to just under 14. Granted, I spent more time off road in the summer after the mods. A lot depends on your driving style. I started driving more economically (slower speeds/acceleration, avoiding braking when possible, taking routes to avoid inclines, harder turns, and squeaking past more close red lights than I care to admit). It became sort of fun like building stats on a video game. Anyways, even with the mods it settled at 18.9 combined. I really wanted to maintain 19. After a few months I relaxed a bit, but learned a few tricks. Now I'm at 17 again.

Lite Brite and TrailRecon run them as well and both like them.

Wildpeak AT3W in 285/70r17. Bilstein 5100s, Dobinsons 302/505 springs (2.5"/1.5"). Full Aluminum RCI skids, RSG rock sliders, Prinsu Full length roof rack, Gobi ladder (don't think this would affect mpg but I guess it's worth mentioning.
I get 16.5 MPG average, around 14.5 with my roof top tent mounted.
