Is it possible to get a Limited/NS withOUT auto running boards, 3rd row & deck?

Looking at 2021 Limited NIGHTSHADEs. (never was into chrome & want the "AWD" and x-fer case) I am seeing on dealer sites and hearing conflicting info from dealers themselves.

Two local dealers say all Limited/NS models come with 3rd row standard which I don't want. That is what the minivans are for.
I simply want the 2nd row to fold flat like my 02 4R without the other nonsense.

I saw some 3rd row removal pics here, But since I don't have one to "examine", I am not wanting to be left with a void I have to fill to get a level surface.
Sure they can fold down, but I already have some things I would be doing, and filling any potential void is more steps that I don't need.
I am sure I could fill that space, but sometimes removing options makes life easier.

Also, I do NOT want the sliding rear deck, nor automatic running boards as they are one more thing to break.
I don't mind a stationary version.
Is it at all possible to get a NS withOUT the X-REAS/
I don't want to pay for options that will be eliminated.

I am looking at different dealers in different regions online.
Some are saying it is all an option, some say standard.

I am going to go back to one of two dealers when it is not raining and see if I can actually get comfortable in one as I know all come with the moon roof, which my head hits the liner as I quickly sat in one today (with my legs out to not get the interior wet).
Any way to LOWER the front driver seat?

The X-Runner I bought was the easiest Toyota purchase I made.
One option. With or without floor mats.
Pay sticker or walk away.

I have a 2021 Limited Nightshade without the 3rd row, auto running boards, and without the sliding rear deck. All of those are options and are not standard equipment.

Thanks. I thought so.
You say without 3rd row and without the deck.
Could you clarify with or without the auto running boards?

If it is not raining tomorrow or Friday, I will go back and see if there is a position I can get comfy in the seat with that moon roof. I didn't put my feet in today and it was raining.
If so, I'll start the process.

What was your price without taxes and all the other fees if you don't mind me asking.
I told them I hate BS, wasting time, the back and forth "check with my boss" stuff and if they do it once, I'm gone.
And that I wanted to come in $2,500 under the MSRP sticker with everything included and they agreed.

XREAS is mandatory on all Limited models. You'll have to swap to get rid of it.

I may be wrong but I believe that sunroofs are standard equipment on Limited's as well.

FWIW the sliding cargo deck makes the rear perfectly flat when the second row is folded flat. Without it there's a dip down in the rear. It's a bit gimmicky, but it's pretty awesome.

Limited will always have glass in the roof.
That much I know.

With the X-REAS, I am not wanting an expensive suspension to fix.
I would not replace it unless it was covered under warranty.
That is why I ruled out the the Yukons I was browsing with their magnetic stuff.
With Toyota, I usually can get 150-180k out of the original suspensions.
The bushings and all that seem to go first.

As far as the flat seats not being level without the tray, I can deal with that.
I'd use a PURPLE (<3) mattress in there and level the low part.

I’m waiting for my nightshade to be delivered to the dealer soon. I’ve looked at almost every dealer in New England trying to find someone who will give me a deal on one. None have the sliding deck, none have auto running boards, very, very few have had 3rd row. So it is possible, just have to go out of area it seems like.

I don't know a single person who would get their XREAS replaced with XREAS. I ripped mine out when I installed my lift, it was easy, and honestly I like the ride better.

Did OP buy yet? LOL!

I have fixed running boards, no 3rd, and no cargo tray.

Unfortunately it’s kind of like a McDonald’s burger. You’ll pay for extra cheese, but you won’t get a discount for no onions if all burgers come with onions.

OP.. have you tried building the vehicle on Toyota? It’s very clear what is optional and what isn’t if you do.

I ordered my ‘21 NS w/o running boards, sliding cargo deck, third row.
