You are absolutely correct and also amusing! We’ve all made mods and had fun implementing them whether they made sense or not. That’s why the term “disposable income” came about.

i'm getting my 4runner back next week. YOLO since i'm a frontline worker.

King Hydrobumps added to my rear. King secondary shocks in the front. Lower Control arm pivots. Total Chaos Lowers. and some other things. Figured i have rear hydrobumps on my raptor, mind as well toss them on my 4runner...

Besides bling, what's the benefit of hydraulic over traditional rubber? Considered the King hydros for my rig, but couldn't really find a definitive answer to justify the cost.

Also, what's the maintenance like on hydraulic bumpstops? I'm assuming they need to be rebuilt every so often like every other valved suspension part, but is there a certain schedule?
