XB Headlight top corner DRL issue

Put me on the list too. I wish they were more reliable. The DRL strips started to flicker for passenger side.I really need reliable LED headlight housing for my truck. I got them from headlight revolution. I hope at least they send me replacement quickly.

Check your battery and charging system. I did my retrofit about 7 years ago now, my morimotos still work perfectly, but do have a tendency to flicker if they are running on a weak battery.

Yeah, mine have bit the dust twice now. Is it the corner led? I would request that you return both of yours for the 2nd gen models. A member on this forum was able to do just that not too long ago.

Be prepared for a “warranty charge” on your credit card. They do refund it, but the cost will be hundreds of dollars.

Same deal here - but it's my driver's side that flickers when the juice is low. A relatively new battery is unlikely to be the cause of your issue, but it wouldn't be the first time I've heard about a DOA battery. It also doesn't eliminate the possibility of a charging system issue. The check the battery, put a meter on your battery and crank the truck over, watch for the voltage to drop significantly. To check the charging system, let the truck warm up and meter the battery, you should see about 14v.
