Windshield Fluid Reservoir / Tank - Removal for Painting/Coating

Does anyone have a "how to," video link, or other more detailed information on removing the windshield wiper fluid reservoir for painting/coating?

It appears there is a long filler neck that is accessed from under the hood and may be latched under the engine trim cover, but the tank looks easiest to remove when accessed from below. I see one bolt underneath, and a plastic cover of sorts which may hid a second bolt. All videos/records of older generation 4Runners seem to indicate at least three (3) bolts.

Any insights appreciated!

Well that worked perfectly - THANK YOU!

But it looks to be a bit of a chore for something I thought was so simple

If you're just wanting to paint it, remove the wheel liner and you can easily access it to paint.
