Every thing i have seen says Toyota dont sell the lower ball joints or the bushings.
Did that change with the 5th gens?
Toyota says to replace entire lower control arm.

Not trying to argue, just what i have seen... i am sure i have not seen it all.

Bushings have a part numbers, but the lbj comes pressed into the lca.

Total Chaos makes a replacement LCA for Toyota 4Runners. I think they also make an extended travel, longer LCA that widens the front track. It's a more involved process to widen the track and involves other handling issues, according to posts I've read here by others who have done it.
TOTAL CHAOS FABRICATION
Long travel is a great option. Be prepared to spend about $6k on the front end alone to go full LT.

I rock the standard length O.G. boxed Total Chaos lca's. They've been solid for me, no complaints at all. Just be prepared that bushings and uniballs are comsumable parts which need to be replaced every 20k miles or so.

I have these in my garage waiting for time to install. It did take a couple months to get them from Australia with Covid.

So, what is the advantage of these? I have a loud pop that I am pretty sure is the ball joint going. So, time to invest in some new parts (164,000 miles on OEM).

Freedom Offroad just dropped a sneak peak on instagram they are offering a LCA. KDSS compatible. Not sure if they will provide additional caster or just be OEM measurements. No idea on price either.

If its really rusted and bad, just cut off the cam bolts to free arms for removal. Then get new cam bolts and use anti-seize.
Any chance you can elaborate? What makes DK lca’s better? Are you getting better articulation or clearance?
