Pro-Jay- I believe there are threads dealing with the ABS wire. Others have damaged theirs and I think they posted the part #'s and sources for replacement. I don't think it's all that expensive for a DIY repair. A quick search should get you there.

Hopefully not too expensive of a fix.
It will be fixed tomorrow. Outside of a ton of my time spent chasing the Radar Calibration with Toyota and aftermarket companies, there is no cost thus far. The shop that installed my lift is ordering the part and fixing the cable, at no cost to me. I literally checked this forum 30-minutes prior to my appointment at Toyota. I really thank you for the response. It potentially saved me several hundred dollars.
I will post again once the cable is fixed. Thanks all!

Pro-Jay you might want to check the other wheels for taught or damaged ABS wires as well; if you haven't already.

The only one that seemed to be damaged was the drivers front. I think the asshat that worked on it, learned pretty quickly, but decided to NOT say anything... Thanks!

Well, the issue is fixed. The ABS wire was the problem. I appreciate the help with this.
That wire is really easy to screw up, doing suspension work. I would be willing to bet that it is the issue for most of these problems.

I currently have the same problem but didn’t pop up until alignment was done. Shop said they had to zero the steering angle through OBD. That’s when problem started. Drove with front 1” spacers on then full lift for a while before alignment done (several hundred miles).
Deciding on whether to install factory suspension before dealer visit or not.

Been doing a lot of research finally found this thread and I'm currently dealing with the same issue!

I have a traction light and front radar collision light on. I have been to shops and finally the Toyota dealership. They installed a new radar sensor in the front and came back with some excuse as to why they couldn't calibrate. Nobody has been able to figure it out. Spent close to $1500 so far chasing the issue. Now, I believe my issue is the ABS wire as well because the last shop told me it keeps throwing ABS codes which is why the front radar sensor won't calibrate.

My vehicle was hit on the driver's side and I had to replace a driver control arm, the driver fender and headlight.

My question is which ABS wire did you have to replace to resolve the issue?

I bought a set of Bilstein 5100 shocks , and I have been looking to either put it on second position (0.87" lift), or the third position (1.74" lift) . I was worried about the adaptive cruise, etc. as it will change the rake. I am not going to a larger tire, just want the extra ground clearance in the front. With RCI and TRD skids it is only 8". It looks like the 1.74 would make it level. Please give me some feedback as to which you would recommend.

Thanks
