Best deals for 275/70/17??

So everyone knows about the BFG KO2 tires snd it seems many love them..!!! BUT... what I want to get to is tires that perform better or the same, less noisy, last as long, great for ALL terrain and snow amd of course around the same or LESS in price!!! I’ve heard great things about the falken wildpeaks, and cooper discoverers, I myself have had ko2 and swapped them for pirelli scorpion at plus and not only did I get some mpg back but they were much cheaper and looked good too. !!! So what have you run in this size that you believe is a good deal and same or cheaper than the bfg????

Take a look at the General Grabber A/Tx. In my limited experience with them they check all of the boxes you've listed. I've only had them for about 750 miles, so can't comment on longevity.

I've had many sets of BFGs and Duratracs on my personal and work vehicles. These are my new favorite.

I just bought a 2014 that has 20"s on it (have to be replaced because they're 7" wide), but I'm seeing a lot of people with 17"s. I was looking at replacing the 7" 20s with 9" 20s and putting 275/65/20 Wild Peaks on them.

Do you think that's a bad idea (rub on the wheel well maybe) and that I should go with the 17s, or are the 20s okay?

If the 275/65/20s aren't great I would be willing to talk to you about your 17s.

In shopping for tires recently, I discovered that most tires are price controlled by the manufacturer; that is everyone, even the online sellers, charge the same price.

Where you will find variance is in the after market warranty, such a road hazard warranty. The best road hazard warranty, by far, was from Costco, longer than the others plus it is free, while others charge for it, sometimes a lot more for it.

Thus, my advice, is to find the tire you want, for the price you are willing to pay, then buy it from the retailer that has the best, lowest cost warranty.

Another vote for Grabber ATX. May be going with them soon as well.
