Pop Sound Under Moderate Braking

I was driving yesterday going about 60 mph and had to brake moderately for a brief moment slowing down for traffic, but not a complete stop. Not like slamming on brakes hard, but decent amount. This occurred while on a slight left hand curve if that makes any difference. I heard a pop/knock sound. Drove about 5 miles the rest of the way home and didn't hear anything or feel anything weird. Looked at all the suspension bits underneath and didn't see anything out of the ordinary. Has anyone experienced this? Should I be concerned? Drove about 12 miles to work this morning, again no weird sounds or felt anything different.

Year and trim level may be helpful. Also any mods such as lifts, coil overs, UCA, etc.

Do you have a lift? If so recently installed? Check front sway bar.

Loose cam bolt? Mine were making noise after they loosened up a bit.

Need them tight to like 130ftlbs.

Doesn't look like any of the suspension bolts are loose. I marked them all with a paint pen and they don't show any signs of movement.

With only one occurrence, it is really hard to diagnose. Could be a ball joint (the factory repair manual tells how to check them), or one of the shocks/struts.

Also, the drive shaft is known for making pops when the transmission down shifts and there are some loose u-joints. So many things to check.
