the blue rig next to me has Falken on the same rims so you can see the difference

WOW!! That is the look I'm looking for! Can you tell me if those will fit on the stock TRD Off-Road rim?

I've got the stock size P metric Wildpeaks and love how they look and perform.

Exactly what he said.
265 Wildpeaks on TRD rims. Truck has the Eibach Pro kit (done AFTER I replaced the tires).

I am super happy with my decision, and TBH, I do not notice the weight difference whatsoever. Note that I do not pay much, or any, attention to MPG, but in road driving and off road, the weight has not been noticeable.

Those look great! Any rubbing?

Any experience driving the 275's in wet/icy conditions and how do they compare in that regard to the P metric SL's?

Figured i'd post this up. Installed 275 Wildpeaks 10 ply tonight, just drove it home. Kinda wish I went with 285 but it's really not needed, and i'm running -12 offset so i'd have to do some cutting which I didn't want to do. Overall REALLY happy with the 275.

I also have the Wildpeak 275/70R17 on my stock 2021 ORP. Very happy. No rubbing. Inflated to 39psi no shimmy and averaged 20 mpg recently on the highway (65-75 mph during trip).

Just went for the 265s this afternoon. I don't have any miles on them yet and it was dark when I left the tire shop but so far I really like the look and they are not noisy.

Looks good, I'm ready to do the same. Have a 2021 Trd ORP. just had Trd pro black rims installed and think it needs a better looking tire than the factory bridstone. Any road noise?
It's either the Falken, nitto (which I seems to hear a lot of problems with wet performance.) I think the Falken look great for the money and performance I have been reading about. Here is mine with stock tires. Only thing I like is the quiet ride.

After buying my 4Runner at the dealer, I went and had Discount Tire put 265/70R17 Falken A/T3W SL tires on the same day.
I like off roading and have been impressed with them. However, I've had a tire puncture, torn tread block, and sidewall cuts on mine.
I think the sweet spot (height + lower weight) for Falken Wildpeaks in taller sizes is the LT255/80R17 (33 inch tire). It's significantly lighter than their 275 & 285 sized tires. Plus it fits on the Pro Rims.
Quoting Tuco S.:
Falken Wildpeak A/T3W
LT255/80 R17 - E Load
33.1" diameter, 52.5 lbs
10.0" tread width (6.5"-8.5" rim)
Falken Wildpeak A/T3W
LT275/70 R17 - C Load
32.4" diameter, 57.1 lbs
11.1" tread width (8" rim)
Falken Wildpeak A/T3W
P265/70 R17 - SL load
31.7" diameter, 46.5 lbs
10.8" tread width (8" rim)
A fellow in our group that met at the recent Rendezvous in the Ozarks had 275 Nitto Terra Grapplers on his 4Runner. They looked bigger / filled out the wheel wells better than my 265/70R17 SL Falken Wildpeak A/T3W's.
His is the SR5 on the far left, mine is on the far right. The middle 4 Runner has stock Duellers.

So which would you recommend with the stock suspension on the TRD off road premium? tThe Falken or nitto? I want it to be as smooth and quiet as possible on the main roads and highway without sacrificing gas mileage.

I'm finding the 255/70-17 to be 31.1" diameter, not 33.1". I must be misunderstanding something. Had trouble getting the Falkens to balance so went with Scorpion All Terrain plus and after a few thousand miles I'm quite pleased. 41 lbs (265), quiet, and terrific in the rain. No off-road yet.
