Tweaked front fascia on a Limited, tire rubs

The fam had an offroad mishap in a '15 Limited. Nosed into a ditch slowly and pushed the lower front in enough to cause tire rub on the driver side (only) at full right turn lock.

I am out of town on biz for a few weeks and can't do measurements for more detail.

But to get the ball rolling on a fix, will this hopefully be a matter of just pulling the fascia out? What are the supports behind it? Is the rad support independent from the fascia support?

No visible damage, can't even tell it's pushed really. The gap between hood and grille might be a little larger, but it's hard to tell without another T4R side by side, apprently. But I'm operating off sent cell photos.

Thanks.
